Wisconsin Personnel Partners is housed in the Office of State Employment Relations (OSER) which is located on the 4th floor within the State of Wisconsin Administration Building at 101 East Wilson Street, three blocks east of the State Capitol, at the corner of Pinckney and E. Wilson Streets.

GETTING HERE: You have a number of transportation options.

Walking/Biking: OSER is within walking/biking distance of most downtown state office buildings.

Bus: OSER is accessible by several city bus lines, with stops on E. Wilson St. near our building. Call Madison Metro at (608) 266-4466 for route schedule information or check their web page. We are ten (10) blocks from the Badger Bus Depot located at W. Washington Ave. and S. Bedford St.

IF YOU DRIVE: You are responsible for parking arrangements and costs. Parking is at a premium in downtown Madison, primarily due to geography: Downtown Madison is on a narrow isthmus between two beautiful lakes, making real estate scarce. There are several options (*see below*) when it comes to parking. It’s best to arrive a little early to increase chances of finding available parking. If you’re not familiar with our location, there are a lot of one-way streets downtown, so be sure to allow extra time to navigate, find parking, and get where you’re going.

PARKING: We can't provide free parking to visitors. If you're visiting us for just an hour or two, there is street parking, but we can't guarantee availability. Be sure to check the meter for costs and any signs for time limits. The City of Madison actively enforces its parking laws and regulations. If visiting us for much longer than an hour or two, see the longer-term parking options below.

GOVERNMENT EAST PARKING RAMP: This city-operated parking ramp is across the street from our building. Fees are $1.10 per hour. The ramp may be entered from either E. Wilson St. or Pinckney St. Payment options include credit card or cash (the ramp is cashiered and there are payment stations for credit cards).

MONONA TERRACE PARKING RAMP: The convention center parking lot entrance is further down E. Wilson St., two blocks west of our building. This ramp has limited availability depending on conventions and other events at Monona Terrace. It is also cashiered. Fees are between $1.00 and $1.25 per hour.

Parking prices and policies are subject to change by the appropriate authority. We do not own any of the parking ramps, therefore we cannot control parking fees or policies.

Parking for Disabled: Disabled parking is available in designated areas in the City of Madison ramps. This is NOT free parking. Direct any questions about city ramps to the City of Madison or speak with the attendant. On-street parking, if available, is free if you have proper license plates or official windshield sign.

DIRECTIONS TO MADISON:

From the NORTHWEST via I-90/94 (La Crosse, Eau Claire, Wausau, Stevens Point):
Take I-90/94 to the Hwy. 151 South exit. Take Hwy. 151 (E. Washington Ave.) all the way toward downtown. Five blocks before reaching the Capitol Square, turn left onto Blair Street. Continue on Blair for 3 blocks, then turn right on East Wilson Street. Stay on E. Wilson and get into the left lane which continues (the right lane branches off and becomes another street). Continue on E. Wilson to Pinckney: turn right for Government East parking ramp (our building is on left), or turn left for Monona Terrace ramp.

From the NORTHEAST via Hwy 151 (Green Bay, Fox River Valley):
Follow Hwy 151 toward the State Capitol. Take Hwy. 151 (E. Washington Ave.) all the way toward downtown. Five blocks before reaching the Capitol Square, turn left onto Blair Street. Continue on Blair for 3 blocks, then turn right on East Wilson Street. Stay on E. Wilson and get into the left lane which continues (the right lane branches off and becomes another street). Continue on E. Wilson to Pinckney; turn right for Government East parking ramp (our building is on left), or turn left for Monona Terrace ramp.

From the EAST via I-94 (Milwaukee):
Take I-94 west to Madison. As you approach the city, follow Hwy. 30 into Madison. Take the "State Capitol" exit off of Hwy. 30, and you will then be on E. Washington Ave. Five blocks before reaching the Capitol Square, turn left onto Blair Street. Continue on Blair for 3 blocks, then turn right on East Wilson Street. Stay on E. Wilson and get into the left lane which continues (the right lane branches off and becomes another street). Continue on E. Wilson to Pinckney; turn right for Government East parking ramp (our building is on left), or turn left for Monona Terrace ramp.

From the SOUTHEAST via I-90 (Beloit, Janesville):
Take I-90 to the Hwy 12 & 18 West (Beltline) exit to Madison. Continue on Beltline approximately 5 miles. Exit at John Nolen Drive, and continue 3 miles. Turn left onto E. Wilson St. (careful to stay on correct side of median as you turn onto Wilson). Continue on E. Wilson and get into the left lane which continues as E. Wilson St. (the right lane branches off and becomes another street). Continue on E. Wilson to Pinckney; turn right for Government East parking ramp (our building is on left), or turn left for Monona Terrace ramp.

From the SOUTHWEST via Hwys. 18 & 151 (Platteville, Dodgeville):
Take Hwys. 18/151 north. As you approach Madison, take the Hwy 12 & 18 (Beltline) East exit. Continue on Beltline approximately 6 miles. Exit at John Nolen Drive, and continue 3 miles. Turn left onto E. Wilson St. (careful to stay on correct side of median as you turn onto Wilson). Continue on E. Wilson and get into the left lane which continues as E. Wilson St. (the right lane branches off and becomes another street). Continue on E.
