Jennifer Gebert has been in human resources for eight years with a primary focus on recruitment and leadership. She has worked in both the public and private sectors. Her private sector experience comes from an IT consulting firm in Seattle, Washington. Since coming to the State of Wisconsin in 2000, Jennifer has worked for the Office of State Employment Relations (OSER). She is currently the Director of the Bureau of Employment Services, which includes Wisconsin Personnel Partners. The Bureau of Employment Services, provides outreach and human resource services to over 50 state agencies, 26 University of Wisconsin campuses, and over 350 local government units.

Mark Landmark has been in human resources and the State of Wisconsin Office of State Employment Relations since 1997.  He is the Exam Administrator and oversees all of the State of Wisconsin's civil service exam centers.  He has worked in the private sector doing training, lobbying and administration work with associations for 20 years prior to coming to the State of Wisconsin.  He has a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
