Order Forms & Instructions

How to Order:

For Wisc.job orders please submit the following:

  • Order Form
  • Announcement Template AND/OR
  • Position description or prepared job announcement

Fill out the required information on the order form. Select if you will be using our social media platforms.

You may choose to use the template (2nd page of order form). This will ensure we have all the information needed to design an effective job announcement for you. Or, you may forward a prepared announcement or your position description.

For LOCAL ADMINISTRATION EXAM orders please submit the following:

  • Local Administration Exam Order Form 
  • Applicant List Template
  • Exam User Agreement
  • Security Agreement 

Fill out required information on the Local Administration order form.

Fill out the Applicant List template provided. Save the template and fill in your applicant information.

The Exam User Agreement should be completed by the appropriate individual at your organization who understands the position requirements and has seen the exam to determine if it meets your needs. This form needs to be submitted with every Local Administration order.

The Security Agreement should be completed by anyone at your organization that will be handling our exam. This form needs to be completed and returned to us with every Local Administration order.

When the forms are complete, you can print a copy for your records and then attach them to your email. First, save the forms to your computer. If using Outlook select Insert from the drop down menu in this window and then select file. You will then need to find the location of your order form and click twice to attach. If using another e-mail service provider use the options given for attaching a document.
